- We cannot guarantee how long it will be in transit as the courier manages that, however we'll be shipping orders within the week an item is placed.3. Will there be an app version of this or just a website?
- Currently, the Muni website is up!. However, making an app is a difficult feat for two people starting a small venture. If things look up in the future, with your support, we might just be able to make one! In the meantime, our website is mobile friendly so please feel free to browse.4. What other services do you have?
- We are planning on offering sticker and art print services, or be the help that you need when you want to start your journey in selling your art. We will update our social media when it comes, so keep an eye out for that!5. How will we know if the goods we purchase are of good quality?
- Based on our previous survey, some of your concerns were damaged goods or stale stickers. Rest assured that we at Muni will make sure that the merch are of great quality, and do our best to secure the packaging of the goods before handing them over to our logistics partner. However, we won't be able to control its quality if the merch comes from our artists unsecured.6. How do we know we're not getting bootleg goods?
- As artists ourselves, we value the integrity of the goods that we will be featuring. All artists who will apply at Muni will be screened to ensure that every merch is made with their own artwork. If by any chance an artist is caught using traced or plagiarized artwork for their merch, please report them to us and we will take action accordingly.

Terms and Conditions
Last Updated Feb. 19, 2024
1. Property Rights. Muni agrees to store and sell the Artist's goods on consignment, meaning that the Artist owns the goods until they are sold to a third party. The Artist must provide individual photos of the goods to be used for shop thumbnails and other promotional banners. The Artist grants Muni the right to sell, display, and market the goods in a way that Muni deems best, but in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
2. Price and Payment. Muni receives a 10% commission on all sales. The Artist may also refer to a 5% markup to the retail price when pricing their goods. For special goods, the parties may agree to a different commission rate in writing.
Monthly, Muni deducts the commission fee from the previous month's sales and sends the Artist the remaining money via the Artist’s bank account.
3. Condition of the Goods. Muni will take reasonable care of the goods, but the Artist is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transportation.
4. Return of Unsold Goods. Muni must return unsold goods to the Artist within a reasonable time period after a set discussion. This is to prevent the goods from deteriorating, normal wear and tear to be expected. Goods not retrieved within the set time period that was discussed by both parties, ownership of said items will be forfeited to Muni. These items, however, will not be sold to gain monetary profit.
Please type “kwago” in the fourth question in the form if you’ve read the terms and conditions.
5. Delivery Expenses. The Artist pays for shipping the goods to Muni, as well as in return to the Artist in the case of Return of Unsold Goods. To avoid stockpiling and returns, Muni recommends shipping out a controlled number of items per type of merch to gauge the sales first. We’ll be sure to update you once your inventory is running low.
6. Warranty of the Goods. The Artist warrants that the goods are new and unused. Muni will inspect the goods upon arrival and notify the Artist immediately of any defects, including damage that may have occurred during transportation. The Artist may then do a replacement or issue a discount on the items.
6.1. Quality Assurance. To ensure the quality of the stickers that you will be selling through us, we will require at least 1 control sticker per batch of stickers with the same printing date. These will not be sold and will only be used for quality assurance.
7. Copyright. For legal reasons, companies that strictly prohibit selling of fan-made merch of their Intellectual Property will not be accommodated by Muni.
[Companies: Nintendo (including Mario, Pokémon, Kirby, Animal Crossing, etc.), Disney, JJWXC (MXTX works), Love and Deepspace, etc.]

When can Artists send their consigned goods?
- Muni’s launching date will be coming soon! But for the safety of your items, we will only be accepting them a few weeks before launch. Of course we want to give ample time for artists to produce items too, if they need it. Our target launch date will also be enclosed in the acceptance email that will be sent to you. What if we are busy and have no time to go to the courier. Is there another way? There are many couriers that offer pick up services for packages.
Here is a list of Muni’s recommended couriers that offers this service:MCHA Express, previously known as MCFA; J&T Express
Lalamove; Grab
LBCPlease note that these couriers are not associated with Muni in any way.Where is Muni’s location?
- Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email or confirmation message with the address of where you will be shipping your items to.Do artists have to restock monthly?
- Restocking monthly is not required. We understand that Merch can get sold at different rates. Thus, Muni will be providing a monthly report to the artists about their inventory. They can use these reports to decide when to restock their items. In Muni, are you also supplying/producing merch?
- As for artists who do not yet have existing merch but wish to sign up with us, we will soon offer to be the middleman and outsource from trusted suppliers that we know. There will be a slight fee above the rates of the supplier, but your advantage is that you won’t have to ship them to us, and you still have the ownership of the item. Return of unsold goods clause is still applicable to you. What if an item gets sold faster than the others?
- Amazing! If this is the case, Muni will send in an early notification that an item is about to be sold out. Again, the artists can decide to restock or to have it sold out for a bit of time. Whichever is decided, the artists will have to answer the notification sent by the Muni team. How about additional new items?
- Artists will be responsible for contacting the Muni team about any additional items they want to add. They will have to fill out the Item form and submit it to Muni and let us know when you'll be able to ship so we can prepare the website listing. How about personal packaging?
- We understand that some artists love to personalize their packaging to their customers. We encourage you to have your items ready packed individually in your own style and branding, or a mini card that you can send along with your stocks that the Muni team can easily put in the orders that will include the merch. How will artists receive their payout? How often?
- Thru bank transfer. Any other payment method could be available upon request. The Muni team will also send your payout and a report of your sales on a monthly basis. What is the return/discontinued items policy?
- If the artist decides to pull out an item from the shop, they will have to inform the Muni team through email. Once Muni has acknowledged the pull out, Muni will then pack the items within 3-5 working days (not including weekends) and have it shipped out within those days as well. Shipping fee will be handled by the Artists. How long can artists keep their items in Muni?
- If an item has been with us for a while and the Muni team has noticed a bit of wear on them, the team will then inform the artists and ask them whether the items can be sold on a discounted rate, pulled out or be given way as freebies to whoever buys another item from the same artist. We will listen to what the artists would want to do with their own items.
